These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://jaanucollections.com (the "Site") operated by Jaanu Collections Private Limited. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.

3. Products & descriptions

All products sold on the Site are fashion / imitation jewellery. They are not solid gold, silver or hallmarked precious metal. We describe every product to the best of our knowledge; slight variation in colour, finish or dimension may occur because pieces are handcrafted. Product images are representative.

4. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability are not a contractual offer; an order is confirmed only when we accept it and send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud, and to refund any amount already collected.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., subject to activation). We support UPI, cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). We do not store payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, coverage and courier partners are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather or festivals.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. By placing an order you agree to those policies.

8. Intellectual property

All content, product photography, branding, logos and software on the Site are owned by Jaanu Collections Private Limited or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the Site without written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with the Site's security, performance or operation.
• Scrape, harvest or copy content in bulk.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaanu Collections Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
