Shipping Policy

1. Within India

We ship all orders using trusted courier partners like ST Courier, India Post, Delhivery, DTDC and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

2. International orders

International orders are charged based on destination, weight, and order value. To place an international order, please contact us on Instagram DM (@jaanu.collections) or WhatsApp (+91-86085-28747).

3. Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched the same day after payment, provided the order is placed by 3:00 PM IST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.

Except in a few cases which are beyond our control — including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather, strikes, festivals, and similar disruptions.

4. Estimated delivery times

• Tamil Nadu — approximately 2 to 3 working days.
• Rest of South India — approximately 3 to 5 working days.
• Rest of India — approximately 7 to 9 working days.

Delivery time depends on your location and courier route. Timelines are indicative.

5. Tracking

Tracking details and shipping updates will be shared via WhatsApp (+91-86085-28747) once your order is dispatched. Signed-in customers can also see live order status under My orders.

6. Damaged or missing shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Note that an uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim to be processed.

7. Product colour accuracy

We at Jaanu Collections Private Limited make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible on the store. Even so, product colour may vary due to lighting and your screen / monitor settings.
