Refund & Return Policy

Important — please read before opening your parcel

  • Please record an unpacking / unboxing video while opening your package — without cut, pause or edit.
  • Do not open the courier cover before starting the video.
  • Any damage must be shown clearly in the same video.
  • Without this unboxing video, we cannot process any damage claim.

Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Send clear images of the damaged item along with the uncut unboxing video to our WhatsApp (+91-86085-28747) or Instagram DM (@jaanu.collections).

If your return is accepted

  • You must ship the product back to us. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement.
  • If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

International orders

  • We do not accept returns for international shipments.
  • However, if a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but return shipping costs will not be covered by us.

Warranty

We do not provide any warranty for the products on the website unless otherwise stated. The product's colour and finish depends on how you maintain it.

Please note

  • If earring back-stems tend to bend in transit, they can be straightened manually. This is not a product defect.
  • Stones or beads falling out cannot be considered as damage as they can be easily fixed.
  • For every lot we receive from the manufacturing unit, sometimes slight changes in design (necklace, earrings) may be present.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible on the site. Even so, product colour may vary due to lighting and your screen / monitor settings.

Composition & care

  • Please wear the jewellery after make-up only.
  • Kindly avoid contact with water and perfume for long-lasting finish.
  • Store the jewellery in a plastic box only. After each use, wipe gently with a tissue or soft cloth.
