Important:
Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package Without cut / Pause and Edit .
Do not open the courier cover also.
Damages Should be Shown in video itself .Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.
Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The product was damaged during transit.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged/defective product:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to our What’s app or Instagram DM
If your return is accepted:
You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.
If the same product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
Shipping Policy
Within India:
We ship all orders using trusted courier partners like St, India post , Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

International orders are charged based on destination, weight, and order value. Contact in instagram dm or What’s app to place orders
Orders are usually dispatched on same day after payment if u place the order by 3 pm
( Except in a few cases which are beyond our control including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather conditions, strikes etc. )
Delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 working days Tamil Nadu.
South India 3 to 5 days Rest of India 7 to 9 days depending on your location.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
For International Orders:
We do not accept returns for international shipments.
However, if a product is damaged beyond repair, a return may be considered — but return shipping costs will not be covered by us.

We , Jaanu collections, make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Even then, Product color may vary due to lighting and specific screen/monitor settings.
Warranty
We don’t provide any warranty for the products on the website unless otherwise stated. The product’s color totally depends on your maintenance.
Please Note
If Earring back stems tend to bend in transit They can be straightened manually. This is not a product defect.
* stones or beads falling out can’t be considered as damage as they can be easily fixed.
* For every lot we get from the manufacturing unit, sometimes slight changes in design (necklace, earrings) might be there.
Composition and care
Pls do wear the jewels after make up only. kindly avoid contact with water and perfume for long lasting
Special note : Jewels need to be stored in a plastic box only, after using please use tissue or soft cloth to wipe gently.
